The seasons are teachers of rhythm—
each breath you take can mirror their wisdom:
spring’s new inhale, summer’s full expansion, autumn’s gentle release, winter’s quiet rest.
Purpose: To align your body and spirit with he cycles of nature, bringing balance and renewal through breath.
Use: At the turning of seasons, during times of transition, or whenever you feel out of sync with your natural rhythm.
Steps:
Sit or stand comfortably, shoulders relaxed.
Close your eyes and take a slow breath in, imaging spring—fresh, green, and alive.
Inhale fully an hold gently, picturing summer—bright, expansive, radiant.
Exhale slowly, releasing like autumn—a letting go, a graceful fall of leaves.
Pause in the stillness at the end of the breath, entering winter—quiet, resting, restoring.
Repeat for 3-7 cycles, letting each season flow in the next.
End with one deep breath, whispering: “I belong to the rhythm of life.”
