Purpose: Deep grounding and reconnection to the body and Earth.
Use: After shadow work, emotional release, or before sleep.
Steps:
Stand or sit with feet flat on the ground.
Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet, traveling deep into the earth.
With each exhale, send any heavy unsettled energy down through those roots.
With each inhale, draw up steady, warm energy from the earth into your body.
Continue for 2-3 minutes, ending with a gently hand over your heart.
(Optional) Whisper “I am held” as you close, sealing the ritual.
