This blessing is a way to step into the day clothed in light,

Purpose: Two being the day with clarity, grounding, and blessing—setting a tone of reverence for what unfolds.
Use: Each morning upon waking, before stepping into tasks or distractions. Can also be used before important events when you wish to align your energy with gratitude and strength.
Steps:
Find a comfortable position—seated, standing, or by a window where you can see the sky.
Place one hand over your heart and one over your belly.
Close your eyes, take three slow breaths, and imagine a gentle light above you.
With each breath, draw that imagined light into your body—filling you from crown to soles.
As you take each slow breath, whisper or think with each inhale:
“I awaken in blessing” visualizing the intake of the blessing.
Exhale your intention to Gaia: “I awaken in love.”
Speak aloud (or silently):
May my words be kind.
May my actions be true.
May my presence be blessing.
Open your eyes slowly, feeling the day’s first light touch you.
