Purpose:

To let go of emotional or mental burdens, creating space for clarity, peace, and what is ready to arrive.

Use:

When feeling weighed down by unresolved tension, regret, anger, or emotional heaviness. Especially useful for transitions, endings, or before beginning something new.


Steps:

  1. Find a safe, quiet space and sit comfortably with your spine upright.

  2. Close your eyes and bring to mind the thought, feeling, or burden you wish to release.

  3. Imagine holding it gently in your hands or at the center of your chest.

  4. Visualize a small, steady flame before you—warm, safe, and welcoming.

  5. With a slow exhale, imagine placing the burden into the flame and watching it transform into light.

  6. Inhale deeply, feeling the space within you open and fill with warmth and trust.

  7. Repeat as needed until you feel lighter and more at peace.
