Welcome to Gaia Sanctuary 11:11, LLC ("Gaia Sanctuary", "Gaia Sanctuary 11:11", “the Sanctuary”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a sacredly governed organization dedicated to the restoration, remembrance, and celebration of harmonious relationships among all beings — human, non-human, more-than-human, seen, and unseen.

Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 operates as a legally recognized limited liability company in the State of California, providing spiritual, educational, healing, and community-based offerings. By engaging with the Sanctuary, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), which apply to your participation in any programs, events, online spaces, or offerings under the Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 name, including but not limited to The Listening Bridge, The Listening Portal, GS11:11 Coaching, and other offerings.

1. Mission and Spiritual Nature
Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 honors the sacred principle of living in right relationship with the Earth, one another, and the greater web of life. Its mission is to support pathways of healing, relational restoration, regenerative practice, and reverent stewardship of land and spirit. Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 is spiritually guided and rooted in values of compassion, accountability, inclusivity, and sacred remembering.

2. Legal Structure and Disclaimer
Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 is a California Limited Liability Company. Its offerings are spiritual, educational, and relational in nature and do not constitute licensed medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice. All services, teachings, and practices provided by Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 are offered in a voluntary and faith-based context. Participation is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

3. Spiritual Consent Acknowledgement
By participating in any of Gaia Sanctuary 11:11’s offerings, you consent to receiving spiritual or faith-based guidance, education, or companionship. You acknowledge these offerings are not a substitute for professional licensed care and do not guarantee any specific outcome.

4. Community Conduct and Safety

Retaliation against individuals raising concerns about safety or respectful conduct is strictly prohibited. 5. Child, Vulnerable Person, and More-than-Human Care Policy
Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 recognizes its responsibility toward the safety and dignity of children, vulnerable persons, and more-than-human companions. Any reasonable suspicion of child abuse, elder abuse, or neglect will be reported in accordance with California mandatory reporting laws. While Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 may welcome animals and more-than-human beings into spiritual remembrance, we do not offer licensed veterinary or animal-assisted therapy services. We align with animal welfare laws and best practices to protect their humane and sacred care.

6. Intellectual Property
All teachings, ceremonies, publications, creative works, and materials developed by Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 are protected intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or adapt these materials without express written permission.


7. Privacy and Data Security
Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of participant data. We will never sell your personal data for profit and will use reasonable safeguards, including password protection, encryption, and staff confidentiality agreements, to secure your data.

8. Donations and Contributions
Some offerings under Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 may be supported by voluntary donations or contributions. Unless explicitly stated, these contributions are non-refundable and support the continuation of our mission and spiritual container.

9. Land, Environmental, and Cultural Stewardship
Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 honors its role as steward of land, culture, and community. Participants agree to respect sacred spaces, cultural heritage, ecological protections, and land use guidelines when participating in on-site or land-based offerings.

10. Accessibility Commitment

11. Mediation and Conflict Resolution
You agree to engage in good-faith dialogue and sacred mediation, in accordance with Gaia Sanctuary 11:11’s values, if any dispute arises from your participation. Formal legal processes will be pursued only if good-faith mediation cannot resolve the matter.

12. Force Majeure
Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, epidemics, pandemics, war, or government restrictions.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gaia Sanctuary 11:11, its directors, officers, stewards, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in its offerings, including but not limited to spiritual discomfort, emotional distress, or loss of personal data.

14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gaia Sanctuary 11:11, its officers, directors, employees, and stewards from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your participation or violation of these Terms.

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Arbitration
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith mediation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the arbitration to be held in Los Angeles County, California. Judgment on the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California

18. Right to Revise
Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 reserves the right to revise these Terms to reflect changes in practice, law, or community well-being. Updated versions will be posted on our website or communicated through other official Sanctuary channels.

19. Spiritual Free Will Waiver
By participating in Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 offerings, you acknowledge your free will to accept, integrate, or decline any spiritual practices or teachings. Nothing is compulsory, and you are free to withdraw at any time in accordance with your own conscience.

Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 affirms the spiritual sovereignty of every participant and does not require adherence to any specific belief system. We honor each person’s path and welcome diverse faith backgrounds and traditions.

20. Spiritual Sovereignty and Healthy Belonging

Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 honors and protects the sacred sovereignty of every participant. We do not ask for or encourage personal devotion to the Sanctuary, its stewards, or any individual guide. Our mission is to support your own spiritual journey in freedom and discernment. Participants are reminded that while community and remembrance can be healing, your path, your choices, and your beliefs remain your own. We encourage healthy belonging rooted in self-awareness and personal accountability, not dependency on any group or leader.

21. Spiritual Harm Clause
Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 acts in good faith to support healing and remembrance. If you experience spiritual discomfort or conflict through participation, you agree to communicate directly with the Sanctuary so it can be addressed in a spirit of compassion, relational restoration, and sacred listening.
