The Threshold
You stand where the wild things listen—
where the open field gives way to whispering green.
Breathe once for what you’re leaving, once for what awaits.
Step softly. The forest knows your name.
Welcome, luminous one.
Before you begin, pause here.
Breathe slowly and feel the rhythm beneath your ribs—
the quiet pulse that has carried you through every season.
This work is not about fixing what is broken.
It’s about remembering what was never lost.
You are stepping into a sanctuary for wholeness,
a bridge between shadow and light,
where truth can breathe
without shame.
When you are ready, whisper softly to yourself:
“I cross this threshold in love, not fear.
I enter to remember.”
When the Body Speaks
As you journey, you may cry. You may tremble. You may feel numb, restless, tired, angry, irritated, or quiet inside.
Each of these is a sacred response—a sign that your body is participating in your healing.
Crying is not a breakdown- It is the breaking open of a wall that kept you hidden from your true self—a release.
Numbness is a failure—a failed connection of a mask used to smother a truth.
Anger is a signal —a boundary remembered, a realization of what was once ignored.. A necessary part of learning.
Meet every sensation as you would a frightened child—not with judgment, but with care.
If emotion arises, breathe life into it. Feel it in its wholeness. Caress its rawness. Cradle this experience with grace, for you are unraveling a contorted reality born of pain and shame.
If stillness arrives, honor it.
Stillness is how the body reclaims peace.
You may wish to rest after lessons.
Drink water—it is the conductor of your energy.
Stretch—open pathways for new energy to flow.
Step outside into nature—tell the trees who hurt you.
Give Mama the stagnant energy, allow the release for renewal.
Witness the comfort she gives you—the small, living sign of recognition of your spirit.
Reconnect with the world around you.
Healing doesn’t happen in a single sitting.
Its not a serene smile while the memories burn you at the stake.
It’s messy. It’s loud. It takes time.
It ripens in its own rhythm— like breath.
Healing is the courage that is born from the scars,
and the bravery that sends you back into the fire—
this time, with love as your witness.
Sometimes, deep inner work can awaken powerful sensations, visions, or energetic shifts.
If you ever feel ungrounded, overstimulated, or flooded by emotion, pause and tend to your body first:
Touch something solid—a tree, a wall, the earth.
Drink water or eat something nourishing.
Breathe into your belly and feel your weight supported.
If needed, reach out to a trusted friend, guide, or spiritual companion who understands grounded presence.
You are not “losing touch.” You are coming home to touch itself.
Your light is remembering how to inhabit form.
