Coaching Services

  • Spiritual coaching is a safe space to explore your beliefs, emotions, and inner questions—without judgment.

It’s not about religion or rules. It’s about reconnecting with your own wisdom, your own voice, and the part of you that still remembers what’s true.

As your coach, I walk with you. I ask real questions. I help you listen to the part of you that's been silenced or forgotten.

A safe place to reconnect with your soul.

This is for the moments when you're waking up—but not sure what to do with what you're feeling.
When life doesn’t make sense the way it used to.
When your heart knows there’s more—but the world around you hasn’t caught up.

In our sessions, we’ll explore the truth beneath your questions.
    We’ll name what you’re feeling.
We’ll find the places your spirit already remembers—and make room for them to lead.

✧ This is not about being fixed.
It’s about being heard. Seen. And supported through your own remembering.

  • Life coaching isn’t about pushing or performing.
It’s about standing beside someone as they remember what they came here to do—and helping them believe in it long enough to build it.

I have a gift for seeing people’s potential with clarity and compassion.
I can feel the version of you that’s waiting to be lived into, and I don’t take your dream lightly. I help you name it, map it, and move toward it—realistically, step by step.

But here’s the truth: I can’t want it more than you do.
This work only moves when you’re ready to meet it. If you are, I’ll be here—not dragging you forward, but walking beside you with steady faith in who you’re becoming.

Real support for the life you know you’re meant to live.

    I see what you’re capable of—clearly.
I see the version of you that maybe even you’ve been afraid to believe in.

In our sessions, we take your dreams seriously. We bring them into form, step by step.
We talk about what’s in the way, what’s real, and what needs to shift so you can stop circling and finally move forward.

✧ I can’t want it for you more than you want it for yourself.

But if you’re ready to go all in—I’ll be right there beside you, walking it real and walking it true.

  • Many people feel a hesitation around the term “shadow work”—as if it means something dark, dangerous, or mystical. But the truth is… it’s deeply human, tender, and often the most loving work of all.

    What Is Shadow Work, Really?

Shadow work is the gentle process of exploring the parts of ourselves we’ve pushed away—often because we were told they were too much, too messy, too emotional, too weak, or too angry.

    Our “shadow” isn’t evil.
It’s the part of us that holds pain we weren’t allowed to feel.
It’s the voice that was silenced. The tears that were swallowed. The needs that were unmet.

When we ignore those parts, they don’t disappear—they show up in our triggers, our relationships, our self-sabotage, and our sense of unworthiness.

Shadow work gives those parts a voice.
It lets the frightened child, the hidden rage, the unspoken grief come forward—not to take over, but to be held at last.

With me, shadow work looks like:

    • Naming what hurts without shame

    • Speaking to the younger part of you with love

    • Sitting in the silence until trust is rebuilt

    • Making room for wholeness—not perfection, but truth

It’s not about going into darkness.
It’s about bringing light to what’s been left in the dark.

And we do it together, gently and safely—at your pace.

Seeing the unseen. Loving what was left behind.

Beneath every shadow, I truly see a child.

I don’t flinch at pain. I don’t run from rage. I listen beneath it.

And the child responds—not because I’m forceful, but because I speak to them the way they needed someone to, long ago.

In our work together, I help you meet these hidden parts with compassion.
Not to fix them. But to understand them.
To sit with them long enough for them to trust you again.

    This is not easy work.
But it’s some of the most sacred healing we can do.

  • Reparenting the Inner Child

Becoming who you needed, so you can become who you are.

Many of us grew up without the emotional safety, nurturing, or guidance we needed.

As adults, we carry those unmet needs inside of us—often in silence. They show up as anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, overreacting, or emotional shutdown.

Reparenting is the process of returning to that younger part of you—not to judge, but to listen.
To offer what was missing. To speak gently. To rebuild trust within.

In our work together, I help you:

    • Recognize the inner child’s voice beneath your triggers

    • Understand how childhood wounds still shape your decisions

    • Learn how to meet your needs without shame or overexplaining

    • Build safety within yourself—softly, consistently, and with grace

You don’t have to pretend you’re fine anymore.
You don’t have to keep carrying everything alone.

There’s a younger part of you still waiting to be held.

And I will help you hold them.

I don’t offer this as someone who’s finished—I offer it as someone who is fully in it.
Every session is a reflection of the real work I’m doing with my own heart, my own history, and my own children.
If you’ve begun, that’s enough. And I will walk with you.

  • Sacred Listening Session
This is a space with no agenda. No coaching. No fixing.

    Sometimes people don’t want “coaching.”

They just want someone who can listen without trying to fix.
Just presence. Just witnessing. Just being heard.

These sessions are also part of my spiritual practice—learning to trust that being with someone is enough.
If you just need to talk… or cry… or sort something out with someone who won't try to rush you—I’m here.

    Ideal for:

    • Those in grief, transition, relationship confusion, spiritual awakening, or parental exhaustion

    • People who feel too raw to be “coached” but still want to be held

It’s okay not to know what to do right now. Sometimes, that’s your intuition guiding you to pause - and listen more closely. You don’t have to have all the answers. In fact, the pressure to always know is part of what disconnects us from the wisdom already living inside. Click below if you’d like some guidance into your reflection. This is not about being told what to do. It’s about remembering that you already know.
