GS11:11 Coaching

Welcome to Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 Coaching ("GS11:11 Coaching"). By engaging in our coaching services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Services Provided
Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 Coaching provides spiritual, life, and personal development coaching intended to support your growth, reflection, and transformation. These services do not constitute mental health counseling, psychotherapy, or medical care.

2. No Guarantees
While we commit to showing up with skill, presence, and heart, results are not guaranteed. Your participation and application of the work are key elements to your personal outcomes.

3. Confidentiality
We deeply value your privacy. Anything shared in coaching sessions is considered confidential and will not be disclosed without your written permission, except as required by law (for example, in cases of danger to self or others).

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to participate with honesty, respect, and a willingness to engage. You acknowledge you are responsible for your own decisions, choices, actions, and results.

5. Payment & Scheduling
All session fees are due prior to the session.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged the full session fee.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations will result in termination of services.

6. Refund Policy
Because coaching is a process and space is reserved for you, all payments are non-refundable except as required by consumer protection laws. However, in the event of documented financial hardship, Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 may, at its sole discretion, consider partial or full refunds on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property
Materials, recordings, and content shared during coaching remain the intellectual property of Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

8. Disclaimers
Coaching is not therapy.

Coaching is not medical or psychiatric treatment.

If you have mental health conditions, please consult a licensed provider.

9. Limitation of Liability
Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in coaching.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

11. Client Acknowledgement
By engaging in these services, you acknowledge that you are mentally and emotionally stable enough to participate in coaching, and you agree to seek professional medical or mental health treatment if needed.

12. Force Majeure
Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, public safety to include epidemics/ pandemics, or internet outages.

13. Termination of Services
Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 reserves the right to discontinue services at its sole discretion if client behavior is disrespectful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

14. Non-Disparagement
Both parties agree to refrain from making any public statements or social media posts that defame, disparage, or otherwise harm the reputation of the other.

15. Recording Consent
Sessions may be recorded for quality and record-keeping, with your written permission. Recordings will remain confidential and stored securely.

16. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these services shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation before proceeding to arbitration or litigation.

17. Age Requirement
Clients must be at least 18 years old to participate in Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 Coaching unless a parent or legal guardian provides written consent.

18. Testimonials Disclaimer
Testimonials or reviews on our website represent individual experiences, which are not guaranteed or typical results.

19. Severability
If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Respectful Energy
Clients agree to enter this space with respect, kindness, and a willingness to co-create a supportive energetic container. Disruptive or harmful behavior, whether spoken or energetic, may lead to termination of services at the sole discretion of Gaia Sanctuary 11:11.

21. Spiritual Diversity
Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 honors all spiritual paths. Clients agree to respect diverse belief systems, and no proselytizing or coercion is permitted in sessions.

22. Energetic Consent
Clients acknowledge they are willingly consenting to explore personal stories, patterns, emotions, and energies in the container of sacred coaching, and may pause or withdraw at any time.

23. Reporting Abuse or Harm
Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 is a mandated reporter of suspected child abuse or imminent harm. If any disclosure during coaching indicates a child or vulnerable person is at risk, or if you share intent to harm yourself or others, Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 reserves the right to report this information to appropriate authorities in order to protect life and safety.

24. Right to Modify
Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service and related policies at any time. Updates will be posted on this website, and continued use of services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

25. Independent Contractor Status
Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 Coaching operates as an independent provider of services. No employment, partnership, or agency relationship is created between you and Gaia Sanctuary 11:11.

26. Technology Disclaimer
Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 is not responsible for interruptions, delays, or errors caused by third-party platforms, internet failures, or technology disruptions. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own reliable internet and device setup. In the event of an interruption or failure on the client’s side, the session fee will still apply, and rescheduling is not guaranteed.

27. No Group Therapy Disclaimer
Group programs or circles offered by Gaia Sanctuary 11:11 are educational in nature and are not group therapy or clinical treatment.

28. Informed Consent for Spiritual Practices
By participating in coaching, you acknowledge you are voluntarily engaging with spiritual and energetic practices that are not scientifically evaluated or guaranteed. You consent to this exploration at your own discretion.

29. Jurisdiction / Venue
Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the county/state of California.

30. Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any previous communications or understandings.
