They will turn into petals by morning.

Feel the night breathe with you.
Breathe out…
“I am safe. I am loved.”
Let the earth cradle you like a lullaby.
Let the sky wrap you in its velvet arms.
Inhale...
Imagine a warm light glowing softly in your chest.
Exhale…
“My heart is light.”
Every angel of dream stands near,
listening for your breath,
whispering, “All is well.”
Rest now, beloved.
The world remembers your light.
The night remembers your song.
Sleep comes gently to the brave.
And when you wake,
may your eyes open to wonder,
and your heart rise in peace.
